Where it came from
Decode Office was conceptualized by an engineer and HR professional who is also a trained coach — someone who has sat on both sides of the table: building the systems that scale organizations, and sitting across from the people trying to navigate them. That combination is the premise of the product: workplace coaching that's technically rigorous and psychologically grounded at the same time, not one at the expense of the other.
Why it exists
Most people don't have a coach, a mentor, or even a trusted colleague they can bring every hard moment to. Decode Office is built to be that — available whenever the moment actually happens, not scheduled a week out.
